4 keys to Optimal Performance
- Talent is required as the starting point. To begin elsewhere is to begin with a lower likelihood for success. So set yourself up to succeed, by beginning where you have potential.
- Polish the talent by adding some skill, experience or knowledge. By investing in and adding to the talent that already exists, it is inevitable that exponential growth emerge.
- Visualization is a powerful way to engage the mental side of performance. Call it meditation, call it focus, call it “taking every thought captive”. By any name, it is a necessary & effective tool for high level production.
- Self-Sabotage is tough to admit, but is a very common and key reason for less than optimal performance. Sometimes it is easier to accept poor performance, when I’m in control of why it happened.
